ELISA法测定标本有着快速、简单、准确、灵敏度高可大规模测定样品的特点。
样品采集：收集标本前必须清楚要检测的成份是否足够稳定。对收集后当天进行检测的标本，储存在4℃备用，如有特殊原因需要周期收集标本，将标本及时分装后放在-20℃或-70℃条件下保存。避免反复冻融。标本2-8℃可保存48小时，-20℃可保存1个月。-70度可保存6个月。部分激素类标本需添加抑肽酶。

a. 在收集标本前都必须有一个完整的计划，必须清楚要检测的成份是否足够稳定。
b.建议新鲜标本收集后尽早检测。1-3天左右检测的样本可储存在4℃备用。如有特殊原因需要周期性收集标本，请将标本及时分装后放在-20℃或- 70℃条件下保存，避免反复冻融。
1. 当混合蛋白溶液时应尽量轻缓，避免起泡。
2. 洗涤过程非常重要，不充分的洗涤易造成假阳性。
3. 一次加样时间*好控制在5分钟内.
4. 请每次测定的同时做标准曲线，*好做复孔。
5. 如标本中待测物质含量过高，请先稀释后再测定，计算时请*后乘以稀释倍数。
6. 在配制标准品、检测溶液工作液时，请以相应的稀释液配制，不能混淆。
7. 底物请避光保存。
8. 不要用其它生产厂家的试剂替换试剂盒中的试剂。
